- 1 Lemon juiced
- 1/2 cup White wine
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- A few turns of a pepper grinder
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 1/2 lb Bonless skinless chicken thighs
Mix the lemon juice, wine, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Place the chicken in the bowl and mix.
Cover and refrigerate while marinating.
Heat your barbeque to 450 F.
Grill for 10 minutes, turning once.
