  • 3 Lemons juiced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 sprigs Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt

Fried Chicken

  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Avocado Oil

Spicy Mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp Honey

Pickled Onions

  • 1 Red Vidalia Onion
  • 2 Lemons

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato

Instructions

Chicken Marinade

  • Mix all the marinade ingredients in a resealable bag, and the chicken, and refrigerate sealed for an hour.

  • Heat the oil between medium and medium high.
  • Place the buttermilk in one bowl, and the dry ingredients in a second.
  • Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade and place them into the buttermilk, ensuring they are coated.
