Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Matzo meal
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Schmaltz
  • 3 tbsp Club soda
  • 1 pinch Kosher salt
  • 6 cups Yoich

Instructions

  • Gently beat the eggs in a bowl.
  • Add the Matzo meal, schmaltz, club soda, and salt.

  • Cover and rest for 45 minutes in the fridge.

  • Scoop out 1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture and form into a ball then set aside on a parchment lined pan.
