Roasted Garlic Smash Potatoes

5 from 5 votes
These Roasted Garlic Smash Potatoes are incredibly simple and contain only four ingredients that I always have in my kitchen. They have the qualities of a french fry, but are made with the ease of a skin on roasted potato. They are deliciously salty and garlicky, with a soft fluffy inside and a crisp golden brown outside. The key to making these potatoes absolutely amazing is allowing them to 'fry' on high heat until their smashed outsides are browned with great crunch.
