  • 2 Portabello Mushrooms minced
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • 1 Sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1 pinch Fleur De Sel
  • 140 grams Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Roll out the puff pastry until about 10 x 11 inches.

  • Sautee the minced mushrooms with olive oil for 10 minutes on medium heat then set aside.
