  • 1 Vidalia Onion
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 Lime

Avocado Spread

  • 2 Avocadoes
  • 1/2 Lime juiced
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder

  • 6 Soft Shell Tacos
  • Cheese your choice
