Chicken
- 1/2 cup Yogurt plain
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 lb Chicken breasts
- 4 pieces Naan
Yogurt sauce
- 2 tbsp Yogurt plain
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Cilantro finely chopped
- 1 pinch Kosher salt
- 1 pinch Chili flakes
Quick Pickled Onions
- 1/2 Vidalia onion
- 1 Lemon juiced

Marinated Chicken
Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Thinly slice the chicken.
Add it to the marinade and mix then cover in the fridge for at least one hour to marinate.
Yogurt Sauce
Finely chop the cilantro and place in a small bowl with the yogurt, lime juice, salt, and chili flakes and set aside.
Chicken Naan
If using wood skewers soak them in water for at least one hour before use.
Thread the chicken onto skewers.
Bbq chicken at 400 F for 7 minutes, turning once
Shred or chop the chicken if desired.
Thinly slice the chicken and serve it on naan with fresh Cilantro, a drizzle of yogurt sauce, and quick pickled onions.
