Greek Chicken
- 6 Chicken Thighs
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 tsp Oregano minced
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- 2 cloves Garlic

- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Water
- 6 Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Peel your potatoes.
Chop them into one inch chunks and spread them onto a baking tray.
Mix the minced garlic and olive oil and spread over the potatoes.
Pour the water over the potatoes and place the marinated chicken on top.
Bake for an hour until the potatoes are golden brown.
