- 1/4 Vidalia onion
- 1/2 Red sweet pepper
- 6 Ataulfo mangos
- 1 tbsp Cilantro
- 2 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 1/2 tsp Lime juice
- 1 pinch Fleur de sel
- 1 pinch Chili powder
Dice the onion.
Dice the sweet red pepper.
Peel and chop the mangos.
Finely dice the cilantro.
Mix the fresh ingredients with the juice, salt and chili powder.
Serve with tortilla chips.
